John Kepper, a cherished citizen of Salisbury, was known for his generosity and dedication to the Salisbury Historical Society, offering both gifts and his time. If you were lucky, John would share his impressive collection of rugs with you. While he thoughtfully gifted some to friends, many remained rolled up and tucked away in closets and under beds throughout his home. The Historical Society now has the opportunity to display several of these remarkable rugs.
Many will remember Dr. John Keeper, but for those who do not, this is a link to his bio page. Col. John Kepper, DDS.
